Productive use

We do have a very good multi-tasking guide here. In case you don't need that or find it to be complicated, you can use the Boss Key program to simplify your work, by dividing your open windows into two groups:

1. A core task, add the windows related to this task to the excluded list.
2. The remaining windows.

Whenever you want to concentrate on your core task, just hit the Boss Key, and the remaining windows will go away and leave your workspace uncluttered. To restore just hit the reverse Boss key.

"Unproductive use"

There are times when we would like to have some fun, to relieve stress and to have some privacy in the office. But we do not want some people to find out what we are doing, here's how the program can come to the rescue.

Open some work applications that you are supposed to be using, such as Microsoft Word, and leave them in the background. When Boss comes, press the Boss Key and it hides all open windows excluding the list of appropriate windows chosen by the user. Press another hotkey to restore the hidden windows.

It works stealthily in the background, and does not show a tray icon.
